The yellow bands provide less resistance than the green bands option on the TPro, and they can be the preferred option for a number of reasons. Firstly, if you are just getting started with a programme then you might prefer the lighter resistance of the yellow bands. Additionally, if you are recovering from a shoulder injury, this may be the best option.
The yellow bands are also generally better if you want to hit shots rather than run drills or exercises. You may find that at some point you wish to progress to the green bands.
