Prices and Shipping
Prices shown on the website include 20% UK VAT. Shipping costs are added during the checkout process and are based on order weight (it costs us more to send heavier items) and your location.
All discount codes are liable to terms and conditions stated below.Â
- Some excluded items will apply including Trackman products, Foresight products and other high value items.
- Sale items will not allow discount codes unless stated in discount code info.

Ordering and Payment
On receiving your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the order, and containing your purchase details. Credit card payments are processed securely by SagePay or PayPal.
When is my Order Sent?
If the goods are in stock, they will be sent within 2 working days. If the goods are not in stock, we will contact you by email with an estimated delivery time. Please ensure you provide a valid email address at the point of order in the event that updates are necessary. If we are then unable to provide all or part of the order within the estimated delivery time given you will be notified by a further email.
Goods will normally be sent via Royal Mail First Class post or by courier for larger items. Please be aware that First Class post does not guarantee next day delivery.
Quality of Goods and Returns
Our objective is to have our customers fully satisfied with the service they receive and with the items that we supply. If the goods are faulty or not what you ordered, we will be happy to rectify this. UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
In law, you have a separate right of cancellation during a “cooling off” period. If you wish to cancel an order for whatever reason, you have seven clear working days after delivery to let us know. We will refund you on return of goods. You must return the goods to us at your own expense and take care of the goods whilst they are in your care. We recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service to return goods.
Privacy and Data Protection
Golf Swing Systems will not, under any circumstances, pass on any details to a third party without the customer’s express permission. We only store customer details and we will only use the details that we collect about you in accordance with the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and, secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: Your name, address, phone number, email, and address. Credit/debit cards are processed by PayPal and we do not store card numbers. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by email. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of Golf Swing Systems until you have paid for them in full.

Any complaint will be answered same day if possible, but certainly within 5 working days. We also welcome comments on our service – if we don’t know what irritates our customers, we cannot change it.
Returns Policy and Shipping Terms
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange as standard and a request must be submitted to sales@golfswingsystems.co.uk . To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}. Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Legal Stuff
These terms and conditions, your order and payment, and the delivery of the goods you order form the basis of a contract under the laws of England and Wales between you, the customer, and Golf Swing Systems. These terms and conditions in no way affect your statutory rights.
