5 ways you can gain speed this season!

One thing all golfers have in common is a desire to hit the ball further with players like Bryson DeChambeau demonstrating that power is the new king of golf. With added speed, your longer drives result in shorter approach shots, which has been shown by analytics to reduce your scores significantly.

Whilst you can mimic the results DeChambeau achieved by hitting the gym and developing speed through weightlifting, this is not the only solution.
