All of these systems can be used in conjunction with video cameras which is great to see ball flight and video at the same time. It gives the student so much more information to see cause and effect.
In a studio you are having to make a compromise between keeping the light low enough for a decent picture for the projector and bright enough to use the slow motion video on your smart phone.
Our advice is have enough light for a decent picture for video when you need it and have them switched separately so there is ambient light in the studio when they are off.
Normally we advise for video, even using the slow motion setting on your smart phone 2 x 240 watt led flood lights, both switched separately.
The end result is pretty impressive for coaching.
