Outstanding customer service be it from initial purchase through to ongoing support. Product recommendation from Haydn was based on logical recommendations as opposed to what is more expensive. The IT support from Jack is equally faultless. When issues arise from Skytrak software upgrades etc. Jack's input is invaluable. The fact that I recently upgraded to the Skytrak Plus from GSS having bought a full system from them a couple of years ago highlights the level of total satisfaction with the company.

Decided to get a home sim this summer and bought most of the the equipment from golfswingsystems. Intially dealt with Haydn who was very helpful and helped me with the product advice/ measurements etc. Had a slight issue recently and I cannot say how happy I am with the aftercare given by Lewis. Very impressive customer service! Even after sales when I had a problem with my truestrike mat (which of course has nothing to do with golfswingsystems) they were great and super quick to replace the damaged parts!
