FLYT Sleeve Training Aid

Designed by a former Tour professional, the FLYT sleeve patent pending product. It is designed to give golfers the necessary resistance and feedback to rectify over active hands and arms in the golf swing. By quietening the arms and hands, you can achieve a more consistent strike and trajectory with our practice aids.

Use the FLYT Sleeve 10-30 minutes a day, 2 times per week, in the office or at home, to drastically improve your technique. Reduce the moving parts in your swing to ultimately improve your scores.

It trains golfers to control power and speed using their bodies for improved consistency and results.

The FLYT sleeve is appropriate for all aspects of the golf swing.

• Full Swings – The FLYT sleeve is best placed on the lead are to keep the arms straight in the backswing and to avoid over rotation.
• Chipping – The FLYT is better placed on the trail arm to promote the straight arm chipping and pitching technique to minimise the influence of the hands and arms, allowing for a shallower swing using more bounce in your wedges.
• Putting – During the putting stroke the FLYT sleeve can be worn on either arm to reduce movement in the right or left hand.
