Outstanding customer service be it from initial purchase through to ongoing support. Product recommendation from Haydn was based on logical recommendations as opposed to what is more expensive. The IT support from Jack is equally faultless. When issues arise from Skytrak software upgrades etc. Jack's input is invaluable. The fact that I recently upgraded to the Skytrak Plus from GSS having bought a full system from them a couple of years ago highlights the level of total satisfaction with the company.
