Sensor 4
For golfers who want to improve clubface control and build a more consistent full swing through better wrist movement.
HackMotion Core measures your wrist flexion and extension throughout the swing, helping you understand how your wrist angles change from address through to impact. The app then turns that data into personalised feedback, drills and swing thoughts so you can work on specific movement patterns rather than relying on feel alone.
The new Sensor 4 design is smaller and more comfortable to wear, with improved stability and more processing power for future software developments. It works for both right-handed and left-handed golfers, with your preferred setup selected when starting a session.

Importance of wrist angles
HackMotion Sensor 4 is a wearable golf swing analyser designed to help golfers understand how their wrist movement influences clubface control.
Your hands are your only direct connection with the golf club, making wrist movement an important part of controlling the clubface throughout the swing. HackMotion measures wrist motion in 3D and provides instant feedback through the connected HackMotion app, helping you identify patterns in your movement and practise with more purpose.
Worn on the lead wrist, the Sensor 4 captures your movement throughout the swing and combines this data with interactive training, personalised feedback and drills. The sensor tracks movement at up to 800 frames per second, allowing small changes in wrist position to be measured in detail.
Key improvements over Sensor 3 include:
- Approximately 25% smaller design, creating a more streamlined fit on the wrist
- Double the processing power and memory, providing greater flexibility for future software updates and more sophisticated on-sensor processing
- Improved haptic feedback, using a new linear haptic motor for more refined vibration feedback during practice
- Soft rubber sensor housings for improved comfort and a more premium feel
- New ergonomic design intended to improve both sensor stability and motion tracking
- Three palm strap sizes, with small, medium and large options to provide a more secure fit across different hand sizes
- Under-glove compatibility, with the streamlined palm sensor designed to sit underneath your golf glove rather than relying on the previous glove clip
- Custom premium strap materials designed for improved comfort and durability
- Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity, upgraded from Bluetooth 5.3 on Sensor 3
The new hardware retains HackMotion’s dual 6-axis motion sensor system while increasing processor speed from 78 MHz to 150 MHz and RAM from 256 kB to 512 kB.
Train with real-time feedback
HackMotion is designed to turn wrist data into practical feedback rather than simply presenting numbers after each shot.
The sensor can provide real-time feedback as you practise, helping you recognise when your wrist movement moves outside your target range. Swing information is displayed through the HackMotion app, allowing you to review your movement, track progress and work through guided drills.
Sensor 4 provides approximately 10 hours of continuous practice from a full charge and uses USB-C charging, with a full 0–100% charge taking approximately 2.5 hours.
HackMotion Core
