- Full Swings – The FLYT sleeve is best placed on the lead are to keep the arms straight in the backswing and to avoid over rotation.
- Chipping – The FLYT is better placed on the trail arm to promote the straight arm chipping and pitching technique to minimise the influence of the hands and arms, allowing for a shallower swing using more bounce in your wedges.
- Putting – During the putting stroke the FLYT sleeve can be worn on either arm to reduce movement in the right or left hand.
