      After much deliberation and considering various companies, I finally decided to purchase a golf simulator bundle from Golf Swing Systems (GSS), and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The package I received was nothing short of amazing, and the price was exceptional.       We have used Golf Swing Systems for 4 facilities, they are great. Team have been very helpful and great value for money. Alex has been brilliant with post installation check ins and has helped set up our IDS cameras as well as give easy to follow instructions for improvements. 10/10

      I recently bought a launch monitor for my sim from the guys at GSS. I had an issue with the unit (manufacturer issue). I dealt with Alex and Tracey, absolutely top class customer service. I had a replacement unit to my door within a day. You can really tell how good a company is when the customer has an issue, most companies are great until they get your cash and then are very slow to respond etc. when you raise a complaint. I felt Alex was genuinely going out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase and didn’t try fob me off when I raised concerns. Tracey was really efficient and had my old unit picked up and new unit delivered within a day. I’m delighted with my purchase now and look forward to dealing with GSS again as I continue to build out my sim room!
